You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this website for public or commercial purposes. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with this website or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of this website. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, Locharburn Wines and/or this website. If you access the website from outside New Zealand, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you use the website when purchasing products online. We reserve the right to change and/or deleted information of this website for any reason without notice. Conditions of Sale Supply of Liquor to Minors. In New Zealand by law you must be 18 years old or over. This means when submitting an order for wine using Locharburn Wines web site you are legally confirming you are 18 years or older. If you reside in Australia you are complying all regulations and laws of Australia. We only supply to most places in New Zealand and Australian Cities as listed Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane. If you reside in Australia you are complying wit all regulations and laws of Australia. All Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to vary prices for any reason without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. You must pay us in full at time of submitting an order unless other private arrangements are made. Please ensure you fill all areas of information correctly as we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect address information being supplied by the customer. Cancellation, Return and Replacement After we have accepted your order for the products, you may not cancel the order without our consent. We will not consent to cancellation if we have processed documentation in fulfillment of your order. Returns for credit will be given at our discretion. The cost of return is your responsibility. In the event that we consent to cancellation, we may require you to pay a minimum handling charge of $20.00 exclusive of GST per case or part thereof, or a maximum of 15% of the total value, of your order. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement, free of charge, under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If your delivery has been damaged in transit (subject to availability and insurance) we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No tolerance policy regarding Website Fraud Locharburn Wines is committed to reducing fraud. We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order, and co-operate with the relevant authorities to prosecute the offender. Privacy Statement Locharburn Wines respects your privacy and seeks to protect your personal data. We will ensure your credit card details and personal information are safe. We will never sell or trade your personal information that you supply to us. We do employ a third party to dispatch and a courier to deliver your wine. These service providers have access to the personal information they need to perform the service, but may not use it for other purposes. Credit Card Transactions: All your transactions are completed with the security provided by the highest-level encryption servers available. We do not view or store your credit card details, these go through a payment gateway – Paystation- which fulfils the security laws of New Zealand. Multiple Payment Methods: If for any reason you do not feel safe entering your credit card information on our site, please feel free to fax, mail or post your order to us. Secure Account: We use every means available to protect your sensitive information - that's why when you initially order from us, you will need to register as a member by opening an account. Registered Member Conduct Locharburn Wines may (temporarily or permanently) grant limited access or deny access to the our Website or any part of it or cease to provide any of its facilities where we find members have contravened any of the terms and conditions of members listed below.
